Career Brief
Mr. Jordan has served as executive director of Health
Care Now! since 2000. In this capacity, he represents
Health Care Now! to local, regional and national health
care policymakers, including the District of Columbia
Department of Health (DOH), the Health Care
Safety Net Administration (HCSNA), and other groups throughout
the District. He is also the founder of Preventive Care
Households in a Preventive Care Community.
Prior to joining Health Care Now!, Mr. Jordan was the
director of the Program to Abolish the Death Penalty at
Amnesty International USA. While at Amnesty
International, he served as principal spokesperson
in local and national media campaigns to broadcast a human
rights/anti-execution message.
Mr. Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from
Franklin and Marshall College and earned his Juris Doctor from
Georgetown University Law Center.
