The District of Columbia Healthy People 2010 Plan provides strategies for improving the health of residents by 2010. An Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) for 2002 with targets for December of 2002 is available in a printed version that is accessible online. The AIP Progress Report for 2002 also is available in a printed version that is accessible online. The annual implementation plan has been expanded to a biennial plan which will present 2010 objectives and strategies with a December 2004 target. A draft of the Biennial Implementation Plan for 2003-2004 is available for public review in preparation for testimony at the Public Hearing that will be held on January 16, 2004.
