Citation Awards
The District of Columbia's Fisheries and Wildlife Division awards citations to anglers with exceptional catches from the District's waters. To be eligible all fish must be caught by rod and reel, in season, and in District waters. All entries must be weighed at an official citation center (see below). Citations will be awarded through the mail. Below is a list of the species and qualifications.
