Participation in the Voluntary Cleanup Program

Participation in the Voluntary Cleanup Program requires the applicant to prepare and submit four documents to VCP for approval. The applicant must comply with the specific protocols or procedures for the preparation of each type of document. The documents are: 

  1. Application
  2. Comprehensive site assessment
  3. Cleanup under a cleanup action plan
  4. Case closure/no further action request

The application contains the necessary instructions for completing it. The protocols or procedures for preparing the comprehensive site assessment, cleanup action plan, and case closure/no further action request are set forth in separate documents.
