Mission The mission of the Child and Residential Care Facilities Division is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of children and vulnerable adults who are receiving care in child and residential care facilities. C&RCFD licenses, inspects, and investigates complaints at facilities, and provides technical assistance, consultations, and training to them.
