18th Annual Maternal and Child Health Coordinating Conference

The District of Columbia Department of Health Maternal and Family Health Administration sponsors an annual citywide conference to provide opportunities for public and private sector participants to network around issues that promote the benefit of widespread collaboration, utilization of best practices and enhance strategies to affect public policy development in advancing positive health outcomes. The theme of this year’s conference, “Ensuring the Health of Families in the Nation’s Capital: A Plan of Action”, encourages dialogue between public/private and community stakeholders around the practical approaches to implementing a Maternal and Child Health State Plan in the District.
